New 'Community' producers Moses Port and David Guarascio preview season 4

The other sort of eye-opener, and it seems sort of obvious in hindsight, is that Dan deserves the lion share of credit for what the show is. But the truth is he’s not the person who’s being filmed. There is a bunch of actors who give the dimensionality to these characters’ lives. And not to mention directors, set designers, and the writing staff that’s been with the show for three years, and the ones that came back that have helped make it. And then there’s a little bit of that realization of like right this isn’t just one person in their basement with their clay and their three-dimensional models sitting with the light on above them.  This is a hundred people making something together.

The CW orders a 'Hunger Games'-inspired reality show | EW

entertainmentweekly:

In The Hunt, 12 tributes teams of two are dropped into the wilderness without food, water or shelter. They must compete in a game where they’ll rely on their physicality, survival skills and hunting skills to endure the harsh conditions and kill capture one another. Also, the winner gets food for life cash.

What’s the show’s tagline, “May the odds be favorable to you, the players of this completely original game”?

THIS IS HOW DYSTOPIAN FUTURES START PEOPLE.

DID WE NOT LEARN OUR LESSON FROM THE RUNNING MAN?

Catch the pilot of the new show Last Resort a full ten days before it appears on television here!

If you can watch it on hulu, i definitely recommend seeing it because of all the pilots i’ve seen so far, this is definitely the best.

'Breaking Bad' creator Vince Gilligan on poetry books, time jumps and the end for Walter White

How long have you known that the song “Crystal Blue Persuasion” existed?

I couldn’t even tell you when I first heard the song. 30 years.

So you’ve just been waiting for the perfect moment to use it on the show?

Having heard it my whole life, growing up listening to local rock stations in Richmond, it was not front and center in my mind for the last four years. This was only a fairly recent thought that we could use it. Sometime in the early going of season 5, only six or eight months ago, I was driving to work and it came on the oldies station, and I thought to myself, “Oh, yeah, this song. Oh, man, listen to these words! Of course! We’ve gotta use it in the show.”
